Hello all,

My name is H. Scott Walker. I am a retired Fire chief and EFO graduate, currently teaching within the Fire Program at Western Illinois University.  I am requesting assistance with a research project on Fire Service Ethics. Specifically, I am seeking information on what, if any, ethics training is commonly employed by Fire and EMS departments.  The survey also seeks out firefighter’s opinions on ethics training necessity and effectiveness.  Results will be compiled and utilized in the development of specific training recommendations.

Please follow the link below to an online survey. The survey is completely anonymous and will require about 5 minutes to complete. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
